5, Working Process
 
Put work-piece needed to fold side on the worktable, heat fireproof board till its flectional temperature, make it stick to the side of the work-piece in various shape( half -ball ,duck mouth shape, square, quarter of a circularity, etc) through profile modeling board.
Because of this procedure, the side of the work-piece comes to be smooth and handsome.
This equipment has ability of making parados, making its performance more perfect. It also has a single control panel, and can be operated by hand.
 The control system of the equipment is most advanced at present (man-machine touching interface, PLC) . It can control the running of the equipment and the work-piece. The user can adjust the speed by frequency conversion, and improve the efficiency as far as can.
 The controlling performance and reliability are improved highly by PLC. The whole system also has a high performance and reliability because of the main imported system accessories.
