Powerful and efficient tool for wooden door spraying. Integrating dusting, paint spraying and drying. Quick scan for workpiece identifying, intelligent generating program, five-axis robotic arm can spray precisely 6 faces. Can be adjusted in real time for different cases, easy operation, no additional training required. PU, UV, waterborne priming, color repairing, topcoat spraying and drying can be done on line.

1. The pneumatic rotary double-positioning feeding and automatic turnover mechanism enables the machine to paint the door's six sides once time which saves working procedures, improve efficiency and ensure the painting effect.

2. The output can reach 150-250 wood doors one day (8 hours per day). Only 2 workers are need when working.

3. PLC controller, which makes the spray guns move accurately. Coating effect is smooth and even.

4.Standard configuration: 2 pcs of IWATA spray guns.

5.Without feeding belt, no need to clean.

6. With servo motors, high speed reciprocating, the spray guns move precisely.
