(1)Wallboard system
Plug type Composite board, edge of wallboard all around is covered by aluminium alloy, there are two types of thickness 50mm and 75mm, and also two types of stuffing fire retardant foam and high temperature resistant fireproofing rock wool, four colors for your choice including orange, red, white and sliver. The gate has two types: manual sheet metal and Composite board all around is covered by aluminium alloy


(2)Basement frame
Height of platform is 30cm, two types of supporting beam: channel beam and Galvanizedflanged section
ground grille has this models 30*3mm,  30*4mm, 30*5mm and also use checkered plated
 
(3)Illuminance system
On the top, it is 45°, two side it is 36W*3*8group, and Philips light tubes, energy-saving ballast, shadowless,  ensure that meet the requirements of spraying lighting  waist light can be Optional)

(4)Filtering system
The primary filter can capture granules larger than10μm. Ceiling filter capture granules bigger than 5μm. The floor filter and filter beside exhaust fan can capture paint and dust emission when painting. The air cleanliness in the working environment can reach 98%.
 
(5)Intake and exhaust system
Air bellows is set side, use two sets of fan for spary booth special uses, air flow 25000 m³/h, and use one fan for exhaust, air flow 25000 m³/h,
 
(6)Environmental protection system
Under grille with resistance paint cotton, paint mist after ground filtering, be ruled out by fan pipe more after activated carbon adsorption inside Environment protection box  ,  exhaust emissions meet the national standards
 
(7)Heating system
There are two system, Diesel or electricity Heated
