1 Introduction:
MY series pneumatic or Hydraulic board jointer can splice small boards which have been processed and treated in advance into big board, and it improves the wood utilization rate. 
1. This machine adopts hydraulic principals characterized by a stable motion speed, huge pressure and still pressing. High density braced sheetings as back worktop and pressure from the above and front can prevent the curved angle and make the board completely. Low sanding and high output. 
2. According to different working specifications(length or thickness), system pressure can be adjusted according to different pressure required. And there is pressure-supplement system, which ensure the continuous pressure. 
3. Beside this machine, we also can offer composer for 14 pieces board, 30 pieces and 40 pieces, and with different specifications.

5 Main feature:
1, MYS series jigsaw machine, accurate alignment, high work efficiency, labor intensity, four-cylinder pressing device, can make the surface of the sheet smooth and improve the quality of the board.

2, The sliding pressure frame slides on the round rail of the steel plate, which makes the pressure frame slide more light and wearable.

3, When the sliding pressure frame is aligned with the fixture, a signal light indicates that the hydraulic motor can be fed, thereby shortening the alignment time and avoiding damage to the machine.

4, The hydraulic motor automatic feeding device is set to the third gear. The first gear is in the feed while the motor is transmitting the locking clamp, the second gear is the reset gear position, and the third gear is in the feed direction while the motor reverses the release clamp to make the process more compact. , work more efficiently
