Product Description

High frequency vacuum drying equipment is a relatively small fast wood drying equipment, which is suitable for the drying of hardwood or thick wood, and solves the problem of deformation and cracking of hardwood or large section wood after drying. Due to its drying characteristics of small batch and short cycle, it is especially suitable for the wood late drying or water return drying of solid wood furniture factories, solid wood door factories, solid wood cabinet door factories or wood processing factories, and drying of some mahogany hardwoods.


1. Principle of high-frequency vacuum drying:
The high-frequency electric field is used as the heating source, the electric field uniformly radiates on the wood, and directly heats the water through the wood, while the vacuum water absorption accelerates the water discharge.

2. Features and advantages of high-frequency drying:
1 Vacuum state: The boiling point of water in vacuum state is low, and the water in high-frequency drying equipment starts to vaporize when heated to 60 ºC, which achieves the purpose of drying at low temperature, greatly reduces the problem of wood cracking and deformation, and is especially suitable for drying of more valuable wood that is sensitive to temperature. The effect of vacuum negative pressure water absorption accelerates the drying process.
In addition, high-frequency vacuum drying has many characteristics, such as sterilization, pest control and environmental protection, which will not be repeated.

3 Fast temperature rise: no heat conduction is required during the temperature rise process, and the inside and outside of the wood will be heated at the same time;

4 Fast dehydration: during the heating process, the wood will form a temperature gradient of high inside and low outside (contrary to the traditional heating method), which will speed up the water inside the wood to move quickly to the wood surface;

5 Good quality: during the drying process, the moisture gradient and surface humidity of wood can be effectively controlled by controlling the heating rate, relative vacuum degree and condensation rate, so as to effectively solve the internal crack, end crack, surface crack and discoloration of wood;

6 Strong adaptability: High frequency vacuum drying can realize low temperature drying and high temperature drying, eliminate stress, solidify resin (wood breaking property), and adapt to wood drying of almost all kinds of wood;
